ProCare GLOBAL Manager

Mark joined Harken in 2006. He has been involved in the last five editions of the Ocean Race service programs and has led the Team on the last two editions. As well as Superyacht and Grand Prix regatta service, he is also heavily involved in the J-Class fleet, maintaining and sailing with the Lionheart team since 2012.

As ProCare Global Manager, Mark is responsible for the implementation and management of the program, he also works as part of the Harken Global Custom Projects Team. Working with Designers and Yards in the specification of Harken product on both new build and refits projects.

ProCare europe (Palma, SPAIN)

Simon started with Harken in 2007 when he headed up Harken’s technical service in South Africa before traveling around the world as part of the Harken international service team during the last two editions of the Ocean Race. He has worked within a America’s Cup team installing and optimising their systems as well as working closely with the TP52 super series, Ultim Trimaran and Imoca 60 Fleets.

Skip is part of the Harken Custom Team and is responsible for the specification of Harken Product on both new and refits projects in the US. Based in Newport RI, Skip is in the heart of the US racing history. He has worked on two editions of the Ocean Race with the international Tech. Service Team.

Based in our Sydney office, Callum manages and maintains all Grand Prix and Superyacht projects in Australia. He has worked on two editions of the Ocean Race with the international Tech. Service Team.

Danilo has been part of the Harken Custom Team since 1999 and led the Med Sea service team for many years. He is responsible for the specification of Harken product on both new and refits projects in the Mediterranean.

Custom Projects (France)

Jean is part of the Harken Custom Team and is responsible for the specification of Harken Product on both new and refits projects in France. With more than 32 years with Harken Jean is heavily involved with the French Offshore racing circuit, creating layouts and specifications for the legends in the sport.

Technical Service Italy

Francesco is part of the Italian Technical Service department responsible for regatta service, installation and technical support within Europe. He is also responsible for managing all new project sea trials and commissioning.

Massimiliano (Max) is part of the Italian Technical Service department responsible for regatta service, installation and technical support within Europe. He has manager the Volvo Ocean Race Service program as well as worked alongside America’s Cup Teams.

Stefano is part of the Italian Technical Service department responsible for regatta service, installation and technical support within Europe.

Technical Service Manager USA

Neil manages technical support and regatta service for the US. He oversees the in-house training of Harken distributors and dealers and also instructs in a number of Harken’s “Asked & Answered” technical videos. Neil has worked three editions of the Volvo Ocean Race with the international Tech Team.
