Component Service

We are able to support you in all your Harken Refit and Service requirements. By utilizing our global network of factory trained Authorised Service Agents we can organise and carry out the services and maintenance programs on the following Harken product.

  • Custom Deck Winch

  • Captive Reel Winch

  • Custom Hydraulic Cylinders and Components

  • Custom Hardware

We can also work with you to optimisation your systems and look at potential upgrades. Every service will be accompanied by a full ProCare Service report. Our aim is to produce a consistent global service run by factory trained Senior Technicians.

MAINTENANCE Training

Run by our Factory Senior Technicians, you will learn from the people on the ground. Our courses are aimed at Yacht Crews and Pro-Sailors as a introduction to winch and / or hardware maintenance.

Course duration: 1 Day (8:30 – 17:30)

The course will cover:

Introduction
• Who is Harken - History and Culture.

• Factory overview. (US & Italy)

• Overview of Palma facility and Harken ProCare Division and its values.

• Technical Support contact


Deck Winches
• Tools required / best Practice.

• Manuals and where to find them.

• Visual inspection and what to look for.

• Performance Graphs and Limitations and ProCare proactive service plan.

• Maintenance procedure. (Winch Size Specific)

• Simple problem solving (Common issues).

• Recommended spare parts / parts ordering

We are now offering a fully bespoke, factory direct, customer support and maintenance program run by our own factory Team. With the assistance of our network of authorized service agents, this proactive service program is developed from our extensive experience within Superyacht and Grand Prix Sailing programs. It is designed to give you fast response and a direct factory resource for all your Harken needs.
